Our clients came to us having recently purchased a 400 year property which had a long history as a pub. The property is set in an idyllic location in Kent, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,  surrounded by fields and a handful of houses.  

 

The building could no longer sustain its former use and so the owners asked us to completely reimagine the dilapidated building and create a new vision for a unique and technologically-enabled family home that reflected their lifestyles.
