We are delighted to announced that we've been awarded funding from the British Council and Arts Council England for our new cross-city research initiative on Placemaking - "Intimate Neighbourhoods- LDN*NYC".
We have some incredible NYC partners on board including leading figures and institutions. More on this project as we develop it in the coming months.

The panel covered a wide range of insights, from higher densities, challenging or upholding space-standards, innovations in housing typologies, housing for older generations, affordability, pre-fabrication, place-making and sense of community and finally building outside of London. Lots of food for thought going forwards.
